With Baby Camden. Dallin and Stacey came up for conference and we got a chance to meet the chubba wubba. I loved holding him. Jersey and Phoenix also loved holding him. I thought it was cute because Phoenix was so excited. He would hold Camden and if Camden would cry he would say "be quiet baby" "babies don't cry" Phoenix doesn't get that baby time with alot of babies and it was great to see if how he would be if we ever had another baby.
I also realized while the baby was here that I think (today) that I'm over my baby phase. I love babies and for 2 1/2 years I have wanted another baby but I don't miss the sleepless nights, the crying and having to be on a baby schedule. I love that my children are semi-independent. They can get themselves up and dressed (Jersey) they can find something to eat if they are hungry. It might be cookies or fruit roll ups or a piece a bread. I can tell them to go to bed and they do. They don't always stay in there beds (phoenix) but at least they start there.
I do miss the baby smell. Baby smell is so much better than sweating kid smell. My kids still like to cuddle with me. I love that I'm still a big part of their lives.
