Halloween is my favorite holiday of all time. I sure I have expressed this many times. But now that the kids are getting into it, the holiday is much more fun!
The only problem is they are going crazy. Saturday, Phoenix had a birthday party that he went to. After coming home he was eating a jaw-breaker. He was trying to bite on it and I told him that you can't do that. Well next thing I know he is turning white and an gagging. I reach around him and start to do the Heimlich. I do that twice and then swipe his mouth for the jaw breaker. The thing finally comes out and he is yelling at us telling us he almost died.
We threw away all the jaw breakers.
Then last night I was making bread to warm our house {which was 62 degrees} and talking on the phone to my mom. All of the sudden Jersey is screaming at me because she got something on her mouth and something green in her eye. I give her something to drink but that doesn't help so I stick her head in the sink and start spraying her eye and mouth to flush what was in there out.
We realized what is was. It was a glow necklace that the kids had got from a Halloween party. She had been biting on the glow stick and so she got all over. Lucky it all came out and she said " I think my eye is a little red" Yes it was.
I hope my children make it to the 31st of October. The way this is going I'm not so sure?
