A wedding & An Anniversary

Our trip was a success! We came we worked and we went home. After all of our hard work on Thursday we had a party for my Grandparents. They were celebrating 50 years together. Their real anniversary was in October but because my cousin was coming home from his mission at the same time we postponed the celebration. I'm glad we did because their backyard looked great. My Aunt Shelley did an awesome job on the food.

I was in charged of getting my cousins to bus tables and be greeters. Some weren't so thrilled as others. So I stood out being a great for awhile. It was so fun because one on my old dive coaches was there. She doesn't look older than 18, just like when she was my coach. It's funny because as we were talking she said that she just moved down from UT. Imagine that? I don't remember a childhood summer at the pool without her.

Saturday was Lauren's wedding. We were a little more relaxed on Saturday then on Friday. I think because we had already had a preview of how things were going to work out. It was one of the hotter days that we were there. I forget that when you are in AZ that you get really sticky. It was OK though because once the sun was on the west side of the house the back was perfect. Lauren of course look amazing. She is so beautiful. Her ceremony was beautiful as well. I didn't get to hear much Phoenix was making loads of noise, so I moved to the back were I couldn't hear as well.

I have to be honest I was really nervous in meeting Jason for the first time. He is great guy though and I could tell that he really loves my sister. I know that he will take great care of her.
