{9 years}

Nine years of bliss, trial, love, patience, kindness, happiness, laughter, sadness, tears, and joy. Mike is the best man for me. He is more than I ever wanted. He is always trying to make me happy. I love all the things he has done for me and continues to do for me. I couldn't be on this journey with anyone else. 

We have these beautiful children together that look so much like him. I'm so happy for the life I have with him. Yes, we have had our up and downs. He buoys me up when I'm tired, sad, and depressed. He puts up with a lot. 

Thank you love for being so much more than I could have imagined.

I {HEART} Jersey

(Even though she has a lot of tantrums.) I love, love, love this kid! She amazes me every day with what she says and does. She has learned how to use the camera. She loves taking pictures.(it's in her blood) She took this picture of me. I thought I would post it. I could go on about how it's not the greatest of myself but it was by my sweet girl so don't make to much fun. She just looked at the picture and said "mom I'm a black girl" because she is wearing all black today. I just have to smile.

I love that Jersey is so nice to her brother. They get along so well. When they are playing together I sometimes get bored because I don't have anyone bugging me. She sings all of her sentences. Well most of the time. And her smile she is always smiling! I love making her smile and turning her frowns upside down. I'm so blessed with a sweet girl.

Birthday fun cont........

This last week after I came home from Snowflake. I was feeling very overwhelmed with being gone. When we came home Mike had made dinner. I thought is was so sweet. Then On Tuesday my sister-in-law Heather called and asked if she could take me out to lunch. Of course! We went to Cafe Rio. It was Delicious. Plus her little boy and my kids could play. They miss seeing each other. Then on Friday morning my other sister-in-law asked if I she could take me out to lunch too. Of course! So this time we went to CHILI's my favorite. Even though I worked there, I still love the food.

Then on Saturday night my friend Andrea took me out to dinner. We went to Leatherby's. WOW that was fantastic. I have never been there. The ice cream was so good. I could eat there again.

It was really funny to go out three times in a row. They did this all for me for my birthday. I never felt so loved. A big thanks to all that made my day great and for those that called. YOu are all so sweet.

couple time

Mike and I, am sure that most couples feel this way. You don't have enough time in the day to spend with each other. Last night after Jersey had gone to bed it was nice because we didn't have children in our room so we sat down to some double stuff Oreos and just talked. I love that when we can eat bad food and spend time together.
