a bit of a rant

Today is the Royal Wedding day and like my last post I'm a bit excited for this day.

Well on my way to work, I heard on the radio, a trivia question about the Royal Family.

Since I like to know all about the Royals I knew I could answer the question.

The prize was some fancy sunglasses and a chance to win a Fiat.

The question was "How many sons does Queen Elizabeth II have?"

I called the number. The phone rang and rang.

I was getting excited because normally when I call a radio station it's a busy signal.

The DJ answers "107.9, what is the answer? I say Queen Elizabeth II has three sons,

His reply no she doesn't she has 4.

Then I ask because I'm little irritated, What are there names then?

He replies, how I'm suppose to know that?

(thinking) aren't you the one asking the question and shouldn't you know that answer?

So I say Queen Elizabeth has four children, Anne, Charles, Andrew, and Edward.

He says I didn't ask for all children just the boys. Then I say Charles, Andrew and Edward.

Finally he says well I already have my winner. But now you are making confused.

(thinking) well you should be confused you gave someone a prize that was wrong. I hang up.

I decided to google this information just to be sure.

Guess what I was right!
