I can't believe it!

So I have so much to blog about but I just have to post this first and then when I have a little more time I will update more about our life and the tornado that we live in.

*quick story time*

Two weeks ago, Mike brought home something amazing from work. His boss was cleaning out her office and said "Take this home to your wife" So he listened and brought the magical thing only a gal with "Purse love" would enjoy. A Coach bag, genuine, yet used Coach bag. Oh my eyes lite up. It made my night to receive this wonderful gift. No sooner could I enjoy this bag when Mike said to me, " Now you can keep the bag but think of this you could sell it on Ebay and whatever money you get, you can buy a Wii????" What such a decision. I had many critics. My own children in fact. Jersey saying "mom it's a lovely purse get rid of your other one and keep this one." Phe saying "mom I want a Wii" I wanted a Wii to but I wanted this status symbol of a purse. I wanted to use it and "acted" like I was fancier than I am. Since everyone I know got a Wii for Christmas and watching my kids play the Wii makes me laugh. I knew I had to suck it up and put the Coach bag on Ebay.
Tonight it sold for 142 dollars. I was getting anxious that we would get anymore than our reserve price. I was happy to find out that we got more. We had been saving up some money so we can add this big to chunk to our Wii.
*UpDate*
Saturday night we went and got our Wii. We had seen several at Best Buy and were going to there first to get one. When we got there they were all gone we couldn't believe it. We told the kids about how we were going to purchase a Wii. They were thrilled. While we were at customer service waiting for the gal to call another store, when phe said " Why don't we go to R.C. Willey? They have Wii's" So we headed over to the good ole Willey and got our Wii. We have had so much fun.
I love telling the kids that they can't play unless they do something for me. It's great bargaining power. I also told Phe that he will be grounded from the Wii for a day if he sleeps in my bed. He hasn't yet but it's only been one night.
