He didn't move from his chair so I went ahead and tried. I haven't done a cartwheel for a really long time. I was afraid that my arms wouldn't be able to hold me up. After doing the cartwheel my legs surprising hurt more than my arms. I tried a few running cartwheels. Mike, I have to say, was a little nervous about me doing something like that. I did ok though.
Then I thought I would try a hand stand. I was never good at those I could get my legs up but I couldn't ever hold the position. Jersey wanted to try but when she would she would get all wobbly and fall. Something we will need to work on.

It's so funny how we just stop doing certain things and then when we contemplate doing them again, it's like, wait, can I do that? I think I did a cartwheel (yes, just one) for the first time in a long while and my legs got sore. Ha ha. But you've inspired me to want to do another one in the near future. :)
I haven't checked out your blog in a while. I need to stay on top of things. I love your anniversary blogs. That's so cute that your husband got on there and blogged too. Sounds like you got a great guy. Congratulations on seven years! I can't wait to reach that mark. I'm halfway there.
And there is NO WAY I would every try a cartwheel again. I already know my arms are totally weak and can't hold me up. LOL.
I did a cart wheel a few months ago and I agree my thighs hurt worse than my arms. Not so much fun anymore. yet it is funny trying.
