It was released back into the wild yesterday. I know that picture is a little fuzzy but let me explain why I'm making this post and a big deal about a cougar.
Well on Sunday we went up to what is called Butterfield Canyon on a nice scenic view drive. We got to the top of the summit and took a walk. It turned out to be a little rough for my old bones so I will call it a little hike.
This is the summit a top the Butterfield Canyon the very spot the we were hiking/walking. Um yeah who thinks Rhiannon is ever going to go up there? Not me I thought I saw cougar tracks on Sunday and I was joking with the kids that there were cougars up there. But now that I know for certain. Mike will have to do some sweet convincing to get me up there. Mike was pretty mad when he saw that picture because on Sunday there were tons of people and for a heavy traffic place you would think that they would put the cougar somewhere else. Yes, I'm sure the cougar won't make it self know with a lot of people around but still it could. YIKES!!!!!
