After 4 years

So after 4 years of living in our ward. Mike had to speak in church. It was so funny because last Sunday I walked into church thinking, not like aspiring to speak in church, but I thought why don't they call ever call us to speak in church. Well that afternoon the bishop called and asked Mike to speak. I was laughing so hard. Someone was listening to my brainwaves. Well today he gave great talk. I was really happy. I even cried. His talk was on Elder Dalquist, he spoke in General Conference last April. (If you would like to read his talk) well. It was call "Who's on the Lord side who" What a great birthday present.

For Mike's birthday we had a big family party. After dinner we had some of Mike's friends over for cake and ice cream. Mike wanted a Death by Chocolate cake. It was so good. I made a chocolate cake with chocolate pudding and chocolate frosting. It was devoured very quickly. I should have taken a picture of it, but Mike conveniently hid the camera. So you can just image it and dream of the ultimate goodness.

So I'm quite the brain fart of what to say on this joyous day. So I thought I would answer these few questions about Mike and tell you a little bit about him.

Who is your man? Michael Woods Nielsen he is the only boy of Carl and Liz.

How long have you been together? 6 years. We met in January 2001 on the Internet, then we met in person in February over President's Day. That is were we decided that we were meant for each other. We were engaged by March and married by July. Crazy I know but that is how I roll.

How old is your man? He is 30 today.

Who eats more? I think that we could be comparable. We both can be eat a lot of food. But I can always count on Mike to finish everything off.

Who said I love you first? He did. He said I did because I bought this little stuff animal that said "I Love you I love you" I don't think that counts.

Who weighs more? He does.

Who sings better? I do

Who's smarter? I like to think that I am but I will say him.

Who's temper is worse? Mine, isn't that sad.

Who does the laundry? I do

Who does the dishes? I do but he helps sometimes.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does, I have to sleep closest to the door.

Who's feet are bigger? His are

Who's hair is longer? Mine

Who pays the bills? I do

Who cooks dinner? I do if he did we would have hot dogs for dinner every night.

Who is more stubborn? I think that is a toss up, we both are pretty stubborn.

Who is first to admit when wrong? I don't know because we both don't like to be wrong.

Who's parents do you see more? His mine are to far away.

Who kissed who first? I think I did

What did you do? He kissed back and the rest was history.

Who's more sensitive? Me

Who's taller? Him by far

Who's more indecisive? I am

Who has more siblings? I do I have 3 in family and he has 2 in his.

Who wears the pants? I like to think that I do but we share those pants.

Who has the best Husband in the entire world? I am pretty sure that I do. I'm so glad that he is my best friend and companion. I love you.
