Cherry Hill

This weekend we had a blast at Cherry Hill. Cherry Hill is a little camp ground in Kaysville, UT. It also has a water park, miniature golf and batting cages. We got up to Cherry Hill after Mike got off work on Friday. The kids were so excited to go on a road trip. We set up our tent and hung out with the family playing games and having a great time. The night time air was anything cool so that wasn't great for sleeping. Even though we all got bad sleep that didn't stop us from going to the water park the next morning from 10:30pm to almost 7pm. I couldn't believe that Jersey was still going at that time. She really loved the swimming. She learned how to dive off the side of the pool into the water. There were a lot of water slides that both of the kids went on. Phoenix was a little more apprehensive than Jersey. They also have a Lazy River. It reminded me of the Lazy River at Sunsplash or even floating down the Salt River.

They also have a pirate ship that the kids all loved.
After swimming we ate dinner, then we went and did the other activities that they have there. We tried our hands at the batting cages. I couldn't believe how well I could still hit the softball. We also went and played some miniature golf. I loath miniature golf but I thought this time would be different. It wasn't! I don't understand why the ball just won't go into the hole when you want it to. Mike also showed Jersey a few moves of golf. She was doing good until she stuck her ball in one of the little fixtures that they have on the course.

Jersey and Phoenix enjoying that game rooms.

Even though it was a short little camping trip. It was nice to get away and be together.

Sounds like a fun place to camp. Your kids seem like they had as much fun as you did.
