It's a cast. Today I got my cast on and WOW! I feel foolish. It's cute and all but one wrong move and I could knock someones socks off. Jersey thought it was hilarious to see. All of her little friends came over after school, they signed my cast. It's now a treasure. There are no candy canes though but I'm sure someone could draw some. The intern Dr. wanted to put the cast past my elbow. Good thing the regular DR. walked in and said it wasn't necessary. I only have to wear it for three weeks. He also said I should not stick anything in my cast to scratch because it causes infection. He said you might have seen an episode of ER addressing this issue. Oh yeah I saw it.
I am however excited to see my thumb again. In the brace my thumb was being stabilized so it was not use to me. I got my nails done on Saturday so that my fingers would look pretty in my cast. There is something about a manicure that just makes you feel more sophisticated and pretty. I also like to talk with my hands more to show off my manicure. (yes, I know weird)

One good thing is it makes you look like you're 16! Ha ha.
When my nails are done, I like to look at them while I use my hands to talk too. :)
I can't believe you! You are a nut, I will come over and draw a candy cane....thanks for the idea!
