Lagoon

I love this time of year when we get to go to Lagoon. It was American Express day on Saturday at Lagoon. Mike's mom couldn't go so she gave her passes to Mike and I we love to go to Lagoon. We also took Callie and Jersey because we were able to get some more free tickets to go. You can't go wrong with a free day at Lagoon. We didn't get there until 3pm. Jersey wanted to go in the kiddie land to get warmed up on the rides.

I read on the Lagoon website that she was tall enough to go on the rides but either the DR. was wrong when the measured her or Lagoon is but she wasn't tall enough to go on a lot of the rides. She loved the rides though. Except for the rides that put you in the air. We took her on the "Bat" she held my hand so tight but she did a good job. We also told Callie that she had to go on a lot of the rides. Both Mike and I (at different times) took her on Colossus. She had never been on that ride and was very brave. After the ride was over she said "that wasn't so bad." I also went on the "Wicked" ride I waited in line for an hour. I think Lagoon needs to do fast passes just like at Disneyland.

While I was waiting in line to go the ride Mike took the girls to ride more rides. When they came back to the ride I waiting for they saw Deron Williams getting a fast pass of his own on the rides. Deron Williams if you don't know plays for the Utah Jazz. I like to watch the Jazz because of him and Kyle Kover. So when I got off the ride Mike was so excited. I think he was more excited to see Deron Williams at Lagoon then to be at Lagoon. He snap a few photos of Deron Williams, Deron's posse was quite large and I wish we could have got closer to see him and take a picture with him but just seeing was enough.
Also while I was waiting in line there was kid. That was hitting on me. He asked if I would ride "Wicked" with him. After talking to him a little bit his sister and her friend came up to the line. I wasn't so nervous after that.
You can't go Lagoon without wondering what people were thinking when they woke up and came to Lagoon. It's the best place to see mullets and gross stuff.

LOL love the mullet picture. I totally take pictures of people sometimes but then other times I feel bad when I ask myself if it's just for fun or if I'm totally making fun of someone. If only we could really ask people, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!! :)

That is classic of the mullet. I remember going with my cousins forever ago....but I really don't remember the rides. Utah really is an awesome place. I feel like you guys have so much stuff there, and church stuff obviously, and it is so pretty there. Sometimes I wonder why I don't live there. I guess it's the snow thing though!
