Oh what a beautiful morning!

So as I was playing on the computer this morning. I noticed that I hadn't heard from Phoenix yet. His normal wake up is about 8:30am and that time came there was nothing. So I thought I would check on him. I walked into his room and there he was playing cars on his floor. This is the first time he as ever attempted to leave his crib on his own. Yes he is 2 1/2 and he still in a crib but we had no reason to move him out of it. Anyways I was laughing at this surprise. He starts yelling on me saying "GET OUT LEAVE ME ALONE, I PLAY CARS" I just started laughing and left the room shutting it so he could be by himself. I didn't think he could get out. So I went into the bathroom and shut that door. Next thing I know I see little Phoenix opening the bathroom door. I don't know how I feel about that one. But it was just funny that my child this morning finally learned how to get out his bed and open doors.
