Today is super special because my little sister turns 19 on 7-7-07. When she was born the Doctor said she either would be famous or a great craps player. I was so excited when she was born. I couldn't wait to get my driver's licence so that we could go to the mall and hang out. Unfortunately I was 9 1/2 when Megan was born.
When Megan was little my mom worked a lot and I took care of Megan from the time I got home from school until my mom got home from work. I learned alot about being patience with a little kid. I was reading in a journal from when I lived in Poland this morning and it talked about how Megan and I had to share a bed. I wasn't thrilled by the idea of sharing with my little sister because she would kick me and sleep all crazy. But the part I liked the most that I wrote about is that she would snuggle up to me too.
Obviously I have alot of memories of Megan being a little kid. She has turned out to be a beautiful lady. I love her great fashion sense, her smile and happy attitude. I love the craziness about my sister. Doing fun and exciting things with her friends. I love that she is going to BYU so that we can be closer. I know that my kids adore her very much. She is a great friend and a wonderful sister.
