Memorial Day

It's great to have a day to remember our troops and those that have fought for us. Memorial day growing up was going to Grandpa Lloyd's grave putting flowers on it and then the Patterson clan would go to the Zoo. I always loved having our BBQ's at Grandma Connie's.

Or the times that we would go to Snowflake to get out of the heat.

Our ward put flags around the neighborhood this year. We went to Snowbird, but before we left I had the kids stand next to the flag. Jersey said "Mom it's a parade!" It's was cute to get the kids dressed up in Patriotic even Mike was dressed in Red, white and blue.
