We love Bear Lake

This week we took time off work to just relax at the beach. We went to Bear Lake, UT. We haven't been for two years. The last time was when Jersey was just one years old. Now we have another child that got to experience the joy of Bear Lake. We left late Tuesday night after Mike got off work. Loaded up the car for our adventure. The kids were really good. Sleeping all the way to Evanston and then that was a treat. Phoenix cried for the next 45 min. To the lake. When we got to the lake we were just 20 min. Late from when they lock the gates. So we piled our things into Liz's (my mother-in-law) car and went to our campsite. We slept in their tent until the morning when we could get our car with the rest of the stuff. We spent our whole on Wednesday at the beach and then on Thursday too. Needless to say even with all the sunscreen that was applied bodies were still burned. But we are excited to have some color on our pale bodies. We also went to our favorite spot in Bear Lake. La Beau's! For their famous shakes. I love the raspberry, chocolate, oreo shake. Mike loves the raspberry, chocolate shakes. Also we can't forget the fries. They are the best ever. Our last stop in town was in Fish Haven, ID. To pick up some lottery tickets. We played a few scratch and wins. I only won a dollar. Such is my luck. But I had my fix for another year. Oh Bear Lake we love you.
