jersey's birthday

Before we left for Arizona, Jersey had a birthday. We were not having a party this year but I thought it would be fun for her friends to come over after school for some play time. We played bubbles, had strawberry shakes and just played. Jersey thought she was so fabulous with her friends over. The Sunday before her birthday we had Megan and Adam over for cake and ice cream. I made Jersey a giant cupcake. It was my first attempt at the giant cupcake. I thought it looked good. We had been reading about Pinkalious and how she eats tons of pink cupcakes. So Jersey wanted a giant pink cupcake. It was delicious.

I can't believe that she is six. Where did six years of my life go? She has been such a blessing in my life. This year has been difficult for me because she moving on in the world with school and friends. Not just here mom and dad in her life. She is great sister to her brother. They will play and play with hardly no fights. I love to listen when they play Barbie super heroes or trains together. Their imagination never stops. She is quick to say I'm sorry and gives the best hugs. She is a huge fan of High School Musical and Hannah Montana. I love when we are singing in the car and she knows all the words. I wish I could keep her in her 6 year old self and never let her move on.
