While Mike was out

Mike went to Las Vegas this weekend on a guys trip. Well, also for his friends business. While he was away I thought I would do a little painting. The paint that is currently on our walls is horrible when I try to scrub it, the paint comes off and sometimes the drywall. I was tired of it. I got out my painting skills and this is the finish project. I painted the wall a nutmeg color. It is very bold. I wanted red but a lot of my friends have red so I wanted to be different.

Mike came home I was so excited to show him my new wall that I did. His first reaction was you got the paint on the ceiling. He liked it though. Then moments later.........

The shelf came crashing down. Of course with everything on it and everything under it. The shelf is totally broken and I lost one picture frame. A beautiful pitcher that my mom gave me as a wedding present is broken. I was so disappointed. Something I worked so hard on was destroyed. The shelf busted a hole through the wall.
